R.K.M. Boer Goat Farms is a small, family owned establishment, operated by my husband, Aaron, our three daughters Reagan, Kennadi (K-Jae), Mckinley and myself Jennifer Alexander. The name of our farm comes from the 1st initial of each of our daughters' first names (R.K.M.). We are located in Heavener, Oklahoma, which is in southeastern Oklahoma.
We started out five years ago when Reagan, our oldest, showed an interest in goats. We have cattle and she would go with us to the local livestock auction. Before the cattle auction there was a hog and goat auction and she just loved those goats! So, we started looking for goats for sale in Oklahoma and our local area. She bought her 1st goat, Sweet Pea, with her birthday money and was allowed to show her in the LeFlore County Fair that fall. She was 4 years old and showed in the pee-wee class and received a participation ribbon. The next year, she showed her 1st wether ,Riki-Tiki, which she bought from Ralph and Betty Webb of Monroe, Oklahoma. She won her class at the County Fair that fall. Her eyes lit up and a great big smile came across her face and we were hooked! We started looking for more Boer goats for sale in Oklahoma and the surrounding states Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Missouri. Reagan is now 9 years old and has won several Grand, Reserve Grand and class champion awards along with several Showmanship awards. K-Jae, our middle child, showed in her 1st pee-wee show last year and really enjoyed it.

Raising goats is a wonderful experience for all of us. It is teaching our children a sense of responsibility as they take care of these Boer goats. Our kids feed them everyday themselves and pay for their own goats. They go in the feed store and pay their bills themselves also.
We now have several Boer goats and are members of the American Boer Goat Association. We take great pride in helping our goats be the very best they can be. All of our Boer goats for sale have excellent bloodlines and high quality genetics. Our herd sire is TJ (Tarzan Jr.) son of Tarzan T66 who holds National Champion Titles on two continents.
